Measurement

We measure, evaluate, and give feedback on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance of companies based on our scientific research.

CSR is not a term for philanthropic activities or CSR projects carried out for communities. CSR is an all-embracing term for the responsibilities companies have to all their stakeholders. These stakeholders include shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, industry, the ecological environment, and the community. We measure, evaluate and give feedback on CSR performance towards all these stakeholders with scales that we have developed based on the scientific research that we carry out. We use both qualitative and quantitative techniques while measuring CSR performance for each stakeholder.
