Measurement
We measure, evaluate, and provide feedback on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance of companies based on our scientific research.
CSR is not merely a term for CSR projects carried out for communities or other philanthropic activities; rather, it is an all-embracing term that refers to the responsibilities companies have towards all their stakeholders. These stakeholders include shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, industry, the ecological environment, and the society. We measure, evaluate, and provide feedback on companies’ CSR performance with regard to all these stakeholders using scales developed based on our scientific research. We utilize both qualitative and quantitative research techniques when measuring CSR performance for each stakeholder.
